Oooooh kay. This is my odd paint.net thingy.  I used a purple reflective background. On top, I put a bright blue circle with a 40% opacity and used a motion blur on it.  Then I put a funky squigly line on top of it and made the pixels friggin' huge.  Then I put a pink gradient on top.  Nice, huh?
